Greasepilot has been providing annual inspections on piston single and piston twin aircraft for over 15 years. Along the way we’ve learned how to provide a quality inspection at a competitive price. Our through yet efficient process is made possible by using our custom 5 phase inspection process. In addition we provide up front quoting and we wont proceed with additional repairs without first consulting with you.

Avionics Installations
Greasepilot provides avionics services ranging from single instrument installation to full panel overhauls. We go the extra mile to ensure our installations will perform year after year. Avionics Install
Here we performed a panel restore on a super cub. Installation included a Garmin G3X, Backup G5, Garmin GFC500 Autopilot, custom switches, and new control cables.
Aircraft Modifications & STC’s
From simple sun visor installations to engine upgrades. STC’s or supplemental type certificates are modifications to your aircraft. Greasepilot has installed an array of STC’s including engine upgrades, Vortex Generator installations, Angle of Attach systems, IFR GPSs, Auto-Pilots, Wing-Tip Extensions, and more! We strive to provide a factory like finish with each installation.
Aircraft Modifications
Here we are installing a main landing gear door removal STC for a cessna 210. This helps reduce the complexity of the landing gear retraction system.
Aircraft Engine Repair And Overhaul
The’re many options to consider when overhauling your power-plant. Overhaul, new, factory re-manufacture or STC upgrade. All having different advantages. We have experience overhauling both Lycoming and Continental piston engines. With the engine off its a good idea to inspect items such as the engine mount, and fluid hoses. Engine Overhauls
This was a P-Ponk upgrade to a Cessna 182M. The case was modified to fit O-520 cylinders. A new three blade propeller was installed as well.
